Whether hotel or hostel, apartment or camping, you can find a wide range of accommodations in Grindelwald - there is something to suit everybody.
A wide choice of accommodations is awaiting you, offering hospitality, service and unique views. Because besides the active experience, recovery is equally valued in the glacier village.
As the number of accommodations is limited, we recommend booking early. Participants on the E250, E51, E35, E16 and Trail Surprise routes have also the option of staying overnight in Interlaken. The first train from Interlaken Ost will take runners to the start in good time.
By the way: All of our original routes are permanently signposted - in addition, there are countless trails to be explored during your stay in Grindelwald.
Emergency Camping during Eiger Ultra Trail
If all official campsites in the Grindelwald area are fully booked during the Eiger Ultra Trail, the landowners listed below offer emergency camping on their private property.
Please note:
- Contact must be made directly between the runner and the property owner
- The price for the camping spot is set and collected by the property owner
- Tourist tax is handled directly between the property owner and Grindelwald Tourism
This offer serves as an emergency solution and does not replace the comfort of a regular campsite.
