E250 RACE UPDATE
Due to the weather forecast for Wednesday, with thunderstorm fronts, heavy rain and hail expected throughout the day and into Thursday night, we are adjusting the race format. This decision follows the latest assessment from the safety committee, with our professional meteorologist continuously monitoring the situation. The safety of runners, staff, volunteers and supporters remains at the heart of our decisions.

Start Location: Life Base Kandersteg
Distance update: this adjustment also changes the total distance from 260 km to 200 km.
Logistics to plan for:
• Bring your luggage from the hotel in Grindelwald for the overnight stay in Kandersteg. It will afterwards be transported back to Grindelwald.
• Life Base Kandersteg opens at 14:00.
• Pasta Party in Kandersteg starts at 17:00.
• Sleeping and overnight facilities are available at the Life Base gymnasium.
• Travel to Kandersteg is by individual train journey; as per competition rules, travel costs are borne by athletes.
